A call for urgent action on climate change. By coincidence, in the interim I have published a number of posts on Australian climate change politics, many of them very important. Why 2013 will be a pivotal year for climate.
The earth is too hot and our remaining. Extreme weather is increasing and the Arctic summer sea ice is nearly gone. The earth is already too hot and our planet cannot cope with any more greenhouse house gas emissions. A graphic based on a graph from his talk is below.
I have the answer, that would meet the aims of business and many commenting here. Do away with Oppositions all together by electing a board to run the country, not a government. Yes, winner takes all. No lower house, no upper house. Board to face elections every three years. Maybe only allow those in business to vote. Not too sure though, we would have a democracy left with this way of running the country.
